I am a Fellow in the Management Division at Columbia Business School.
Prior to Columbia, I was a Postdoctoral Researcher and Lecturer at Princeton University's School of Public and International Affairs.
I earned my PhD in Management and Organizations from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
My research examines how people interpret contested social, political, and organizational issues, and how leaders and institutions can foster shared understanding and cooperation in polarized environments.
